Before commencing the work there will be a training period where sales trader need to learn the convincing tactics, way of talking, company rules and many more. If you have prior experience in this field then you can earn excellent amount of money.

There are good employment opportunities available in market for a sales trader as well as institutional sales trader and they can also earn large amounts of money. They are even liable to get commission for good work. For an experienced person there are chances of earning high amount of money as many companies offer them high packages.
