Manager, Capital Markets
As a Manager, Capital Markets, you are responsible for leading a team that's mainly dedicated to work with Deposits FTP for both Retail and Commercial Bank, leverage different tools and platforms to understand the impact on both segment and TOH P&L of different product and pricing strategies, and help the business to make the right decision.
-Partner with Quantitative Analysis and LOB Marketing & Analysis to improve deposit modeling and influence product and pricing strategy.
-Deposits FTP process for actual, forecast, and stress testing
-Develop and enhance FTP methodology and process
-Partner with the liquidity team to incorporate regulatory requirements in FTP
-Manager 2 direct reports
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 5 year of experience within a financial institution
At least 4 years of experience in quantitative analysis
Master's degree in Finance or Master's degree in Accounting
2 years of banking experience within treasury function
2 years of experience in asset/liability management
2 years of experience interest rate risk management
1 year experience with QRM or other ALM software
certification or Financial Risk Management certification, or Certified Public
1 years of experience managing a team or 1 years of experience of managing large projects
