OnDeck is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Capital Markets team at our headquarters in New York. The Operations Analyst will manage the day to day funding of the debt facility deals and ensure accurate financial and accounting data is reported.
As an Operations Analyst at OnDeck, you will:
Work closely with our debt facility lenders and loan purchasers in managing OnDeck’s loan sales
Create borrowing bases, portfolio performance reporting, and servicer reporting
Support the Capital Markets team in preparing marketing materials and investor requests
Coordinate with OnDeck Risk, Analytics, FP&A, and Product teams on execution of Capital Markets strategy
Assist in managing vendor relationships in relation to debt facilities and loan sales
Necessary qualifications for success:
College graduate with 2-4 years of experience, ideally in financial services
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills with the ability to articulate results and information
Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills including V-lookup and Pivot Tables
Excellent project management skills
A can do attitude – no task is too small
Nice-to-haves (not required):
Previous experience in asset backed securities and/or banking operations
Bachelors degree in Business with a focus in Accounting or Finance preferred
