Coordinates and monitors implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies. Prepares correspondence; memorandum; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation. May participate in special projects as needed.Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services; or a BS/BA degree or higher
1 year of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
1 year of testing or quality assurance experience
1 years of project implementation experience
Ability to identify and present processes/operational enhancements
Business analysis exposure; preferably within a Wells Fargo operational group
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to facilitate team meetings or present information to an audience
Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
1 year of brokerage industry experience
