Responsibilities for the Financial Services Manager
Provide leadership in development and implementation of improved financial reporting and analysis.
Manage annual trade spend budget and manage trade funds, accounts receivable, deductions, credit and collections
Developed and implement a new trade spend budgeting and forecasting model to improve accuracy and mitigate planning errors.
Drive reduction in open deductions and aged invoices.
process improvements and best practices in regards to sales finance, accounts receivable, credit and collections, order management, and customer service.
Deliver on cash flow target by providing financial leadership in working capital management and monitoring progress against accounts receivable goal of improving DSO.
Meet weekly with CFO to discuss performance and initiatives.
Lead annual budget and forecasting process for gross to net sales portion on P&L.
5 years similar experience
Consumer goods industry experience
Trade spending highly preferred
Bachelors Degree in Finance,accounting, economics or similar
Previous management/supervisory experience within finance/AR department
