The role will report to the Vice-President, U.S. Legal and Compliance. \u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eThe Role We Are Hiring For:\u003cbr/\u003eWe are looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience primarily in the areas of international trade compliance and corporate/transactional work. This position will advise and support our team of experienced trade professionals in areas such as international logistics, ITAR, EAR, US Customs import regulations, Incoterms and related fields. This position will also advise management on developments in the constantly evolving landscape of international trade disputes between nation states.\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eThe transactional, commercial and corporate work will primarily support our U.S.-based business but will regularly include work with our global team of lawyers and paraprofessionals.
