\u003Cli\u003EMeet and/or exceed the TDA Investment Consultant Sales Performance Minimums on both a quarterly and annual basis across all facets of the TDA product and service platform.\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EMaintain and grow a book size of clients below $250k in assets \u00a0\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EIdentify, execute and follow-up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting, lead utilization, and local market / community involvement.\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EBuild and maintain strong client network and pipeline through referrals and solicitation of active and prospective client base.\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EPosition appropriate products - through balanced presentations - to each client's current needs and long term financial strategy, including sell advice and portfolio planning for each High Asset Client (HAC).\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EPlaces high priority on client satisfaction, builds and cultivates long term client relationships.\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EProvide and demonstrate solid portfolio planning skills and comprehensive industry and investment knowledge.\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EAdheres to all compliance/risk procedures, follows corporate and industry protocols, and acts in a manner which protects the interests of the customer and TDA at all times.\u003C/li\u003E

\u003Cli\u003EProven success in positioning appropriate investment solutions and strategies for clients\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EAbility to communicate investment strategies in a clear and concise manner to retail clients and business partners that enables clients to make informed investment decisions\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EExperience presenting solutions to clients and prospects through face-to-face/phone meetings\u003C/li\u003E
\u003Cli\u003EUnderstanding of current regulatory requirements in the financial industry\u003C/li\u003E

When the Securities and Exchange Commission eliminated the practice of fixed brokerage commissions on May 1, 1975, none of the major brokerage firms at the time thought anyone would ‘break ranks’ and offer discounted commissions. But, a handful of small firms, including First Omaha Securities, Inc., saw a unique opportunity. First Omaha Securities evolved into TD Ameritrade, and for over 35 years has remained a pioneer in an industry that continues to innovate new ways that make Wall Street more accessible to the individual investor. In the 1980s and 1990s, TD Ameritrade pioneered a number of ‘firsts,’ leveraging technology to make investing easier, faster, and more efficient. In 1988, the company was the first to offer touch-tone phone trading. And, in 1995 it acquired K. Aufhauser & Co., which was credited with executing the first online trade in 1994. Following its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in March 1997, the company combined its various brokerage units into one broker dealer, Ameritrade, Inc., and launched its first national advertising campaign, complete with a pricing philosophy that continues today.
