Senior Consultant, Senior Programmatic Media Trader

The Work You'll do
We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Media Trader, with proven experience, that is passionate about brand performance and eager to help grow a new agency model. A model that is powered by smarter insights, and puts creativity to work in advertising, and well beyond it - influencing the entire marketing ecosystem. We believe brands should impact more than just comms, and we hope you do too.
Suggest programmatic strategy and tactics that coordinate with and augment the overall media plan objectives
Create and actively manage and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSPs
Be consistently curious and inquisitive - learn how platforms work, and more importantly, learn how to game them
Manage campaigns across multiple programmatic channels
Understand how data from various channels can help the overall customer journey for each client account
Identify, suggest, and set up private marketplace deals
Continually acquire knowledge by maintaining relationships with key programmatic vendors
Actively monitor campaign KPIs via reporting
Produce and present engaging campaign analysis to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing, and media optimization and management
Provide insight and guidance to members of the integrated media team
Maintain and stay current on industry news and research

We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce, and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients' marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.
We serve our clients through the following types of work:
Omnichannel customer engagement strategy, design, and development (web, mobile, social, physical)
eCommerce strategy, implementation, and operations
Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Advertising campaign ideation, development, and execution
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development, and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
4 years of hands-on experience with DV360 and/or other programmatic platforms
DoubleClick Campaign Manager/DV360 certifications are preferred but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to multitask and work well under pressure
Positive team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
Travel up to 30% (while 30% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
