Figures as at September 30, 2017 Job Description As an Associate-level Salesperson covering Institutional accounts, the primary focus will be the execution of the commercial strategy of the Equity Derivatives platform in the Americas. This is to include client acquisition, sales of the full product suite to the institutional client base and pre\/post trade relationship management. Represent the Equity Derivatives platform to the institutional client base including traditional asset managers, pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and alternatives, including hedge funds, family offices and private equity firms. Product focus to include : Flow & ART - Development of our alternative risk recycling\/ light exotic commercial franchise. Quantitative Investment Solutions (QIS) - market our Rules-Based Indices to the target audience. Financing products \u2013 Equity Finance- Delta One, Fund Solutions and Private Equity Secondary Financing. Partner with Coverage, Client Management Unit (CMU) and Global Markets Senior Relationship management to optimize client relationships and cross-sell Natixis\u2019 broader product suite. Collaborate with regional teams (LATAM\/Canada) to expand Equity Derivative\u2019s presence and diversify the client base Required Skills\/Qualifications\/Experience Bachelor\u2019s degree, graduate level degree a plus Solid knowledge of the Equity derivatives competitive and regulatory landscape Over 3 years of Equity Derivative Sales experienc Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly and to communicate pertinent complex information in a clear and organized manner. Established track record is a must, references will be requested.
