Position Overview The Analyst, Automated Trading is responsible for the planning, setup, and execution of Audience Targeted campaigns in accordance with the strategy and objective of our clients. These specialists use multiple interfaces, in a self-service capacity, to discover audiences and target them via media buying tools (DSPs) across various channels. Campaigns need to be maintained and optimized frequently to achieve KPI goal and deliver completely. You will be expected to interact with multiple tech support teams for setup and troubleshooting, and collaborate with Xaxis Automated Trading teammates continually for support and promote knowledge sharing. You must believe as well.\u00a0 Responsibilities Grasp technical understanding of programmatic buying, audience buying and DSPs. Setup and launch each campaign in the designated media buying platform Proactively optimize for maximum performance and delivery Understand client objectives to successfully optimize campaigns and complete strategic recommendations to further account success. Communicate thoroughly, respond rapidly with account managers, fellow trading teammates and product team members. Work closely with Account Management to provide insights and recommendations that align with, or enhance, client strategy Develop and maintain relationships with data, inventory, and platform vendors Keep abreast of industry trends through trade journals, industry conferences and current events Qualifications Keen interest in digital display media and advertising landscape, including key technologies, business models, ad products, and industry standard metrics 4-year college degree required Exhibits technical and analytical aptitude, with a curiosity for testing new tools Ability to demonstrate time management and deliver timely results on owned projects Resourceful Effective communicator and collaborator Proficient in Excel, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis Solution-oriented with a very keen eye for details About Xaxis Xaxis is a global digital media platform that programmatically connects advertisers and publishers to audiences across all addressable channels.
