Profile

Hedge fund is looking for a senior Java Swing developer to help develop the UI of a Fixed Income Trading system.
Must have excellent Core Java and Swing skills
Must have experience and strong knowledge of Fixed Income Trading systems.
Candidate will participate in adding Fixed Income Trading platforms to existing trading system
Must: Experience working with traders
Must: Strong understanding of fixed income products (treasuries, rate swaps, futures, options on futures, FX, FX options, etc.)
Must: Understanding/experience of Fixed Income algorithms, market connectivity, market data
Must have experience working with Unix/Linux
Must have experience with front end Java development, multi-threading, swing
Experience with front-end GUI toolkit JIDE is a big plus
Work involves close interaction with business teams as well as hands-on design and development.
Required: Bachelors in Computer Science (or similar)
