Role Description and Responsibilities:
Information Services Group is looking for a seasoned technology leader to carry its flagship client onboarding platform forward with the immediate goal to complete 2-3 roadmap while establishing and executing long term product development strategy.
The role is covers all aspects of an enterprise global platform ownership â€“ strategy definition & execution, technology leadership, program delivery and stability management, talent development, cross-organization partnership.
The platform owner is expected to lead a distributed, multicultural organization of 100 , consisting of a number of development managers, each running teams staffed with development, BA, QA and DevOps resources. Managing talent development, including attrition control and retention plans is one of the critical requirements for the role.
The platform owner must closely cooperate and oversee work of Product Owner and Platform Technology Owner/Architect in order to ensure stable and consistent product delivery along corporate requirements and guidelines, including Engineer and Operation Excellence. Ongoing partnerships with ISG transformation and strategy leaders is a key.
In addition, the role requires close and constant cooperation and partnership with Front and Middle office (sales, relationship managers and operations) executive and mid-tier management, including KYC, Legal, Credit/Risk and other support functions engaged in the end-to-end client onboarding flow. One of the critical responsibilities of the role is managing client-facing workstreams â€“ which implies direct communication with ICG clients on both Capital Markets and Corporate Banking sides of ICG.
The existing Book of work targets a number of strategic goals â€“ productivity improvements, client satisfaction and time to market improvements, automation, industry utility integration and so on. The role is responsible for applying innovative solutions to the business problems identified in the BOW/roadmap and successfully execute the large scale, multi-year programs.
