This Lockheed Martin positions is in the Corporate Strategy and Business Development organization. The Corporate Trade Show (TS) Lead is responsible for the strategic, operational, and tactical planning, budgeting, production, and execution of LM Corporate air shows and trade shows, as well as shows of corporate interest.This position provides hands-on and/or virtual leadership to the teams responsible for the planning, production, and execution of events and participation in international and domestic air and trade shows. This role serves as the Chairperson of the Corporate TS council responsible for the planning and execution of the annual council and manager\u2019s meetings.Responsibilities will include:-Planning and execution of hotel and transportation needs.-Partnering with the LM Communications, Security functions, LM International, LM Government Affairs, business areas and subcontractors for the coordination of event/show strategy development and production.-Advises CSBD leadership on marketing at public events and implements corporate and company policies.-Acts as project lead for assigned events.-Oversees the design and production of exhibit properties, produce display videos, graphic displays, posters, info panels, etc.-All aspects of visits, events and show participation to ensure that LM\u2019s brand is appropriately represented and events are flawlessly executed.-Plans and executes post-event surveys and cycle back lessons-learned as well as creative thoughts in an innovative fashion.-Manage operations and maintenance of the LM Total Event Management System (TEMS) and coordination of the Executive Coordination call with LMI.-Scheduling, storage, refurbishment, and replacement of corporate TS properties, including LM TS facilitiesLockheed Martin\u2019s Business Development team is driven to achieve.
