We’re currently looking for a motivated and analytical Capital Markets Associate or Lead to support our institutional investor and strategic partner relationships. In this role you’ll be interacting closely with all business units within NepFin as well as our external stakeholders to manage the day-to-day workflows surrounding these relationships. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and presents a dynamic opportunity for someone with a background in traditional financial services to gain experience and have a meaningful impact working at a fast-growing FinTech startup.
Interface directly with institutional investors and strategic partners on daily basis, providing timely responses and support for their inquiries
Execute and streamline day-to-day operating, financial and reporting activities related to investor and strategic partner diligence, onboarding, and relationship management
Prepare, deliver and maintain up-to-date research regarding trends in middle market equity and debt financings and related market opportunities
Support the COO and senior leadership team on new ad hoc initiatives with capital markets and strategic partners
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
1-5 years of prior work experience in investment banking, private equity, direct lending, or management consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work proactively and collaboratively
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic investment
Self-motivation and a willingness to take ownership of projects
