Reporting to the Director, Trader Product & Business Strategy, the Senior Manager Trader Strategy will help lead TD Ameritrade's trader engagement strategy as we build deep relationships with our clients. This role will take a data-driven approach to understanding what drives trader client acquisition, engagement and retention and use that data to craft high-quality, actionable
strategies,
campaigns, content, and tools to improve the Trader client experience, in collaboration with senior leadership and other business partners. The Senior Manager will bring both thought leadership and cross-functional team leadership experience to the challenge of ensuring that our offerings are set up to deliver the highest possible impact for Trader clients.

Expand our audience by tailoring our Trader offerings to clients transitioning to TD Ameritrade
Work closely to bridge the gap between Trader service teams, Investor Services, Branches, Marketing and Digital Client Experience partners to maximize adoption of Trader products, platforms, and services and to drive revenue growth.
Oversee initiatives to achieve
KPI
 targets associated with
the Trader business
. Monitor progress and adjust approach to help ensure targets will be met.
Identify ways to optimize the Trader client experience and relationship lifecycle based on client feedback and behaviors, working closely with the Client Experience team.
Ensure the organization is consistently looking for new ways to prove value with existing client segments and provide input into new product or service development to ensure alignment with strategic goals for client engagement and retention.
Aggregate research, analytics, client experience, surveys, and other resources to help create strategic plans for new/improved businesses, products, processes, services and other initiatives that will drive revenue growth.
Define roadmaps, success criteria, and key deliverables that will effectively transform strategic plans into new/improved businesses, products, processes, and services.
Implement and oversee ongoing Trader client retention programs.
Support annual Trader Group strategic planning process.
Develop and maintain presentations/reports to share the Trader Group's strategic plans and progress against stated goals with the Board of Directors,
Senior Operating Committee, and internal business partners.
Requirements:
Requirements
4 year college degree required
7 years related experience
10 years total experience
Financial services industry experience (broker-dealer, wealth management, or banking)
Prior management consulting experience preferred
Highly analytical and creative in seeking solutions with limited resources
Superior interpersonal skills including written and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
Prior experience in high profile, fast paced environment with strong executive presence
Strong organizational skills
Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed
