Follows established written procedures and guidelines, provides standard reporting and analytical support. Uses established techniques, analyzes and resolves a wide variety of moderately complex operations problems and initiatives including transactions that require special handling and/or exception handling. Employees in this role typically have a college degree (Associates or higher) or comparable work experience. Required skills include: basic Excel knowledge, detail orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities and multi task, excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, ability and willingness to continuously learn on the job , ability to problem-solve and take ownership of process improvements, ability to work in a team environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with various stakeholders. Desired skills for this role include: expert Excel knowledge, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar major preferred and basic understanding of and/or experience in Financial service industry.

Role Specific Description:

As part of the responsibilities of the role, the candidate will need to work within all legal, risk and compliance guidelines and processes. Ideal candidate will have familiarity with both physical and financial regulatory reporting in Commodities. A strong balance of relationship building, communication skills, execution focus and tenacity are important for success in this role. The person in this role engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes or drive change and remediation efforts by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques, ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations.

Scope of role:

• Support change and remediation efforts impacting reports in

the Commodities NFRR inventory

• Challenge, track and escalate NFRR report completeness and

control gap remediation efforts

• Ensure changes in laws and regs are escalated for

evaluation of impact to relevant reports; ensure plans for implementation of

change are developed and executed to closure

• Escalate change implementation risks and ensure go to green

plans are in place

• Develop, produce and assess metrics and analytics on

Commodities reg reporting

• Inspect, challenge and reporting of NFRR report-level QA

• Enhance QA in place or where needs to be developed

Required Skills:

• Experience in process design

• Excellent communication skills – written & verbal

• Ability to influence at various levels of Leadership

• Highly adaptable to change

• Must be able to overcome objections to change

• Excellent creativity w/ ability to execute ideas into a
