Contribute to the delivery of T&TS product solutions to BNP Paribas Americas clients across the product set of T&TS. This role is envisioned as a foundation level position that will give the incumbent a broad insight into the T&TS business, building familiarity with the product set through supporting the senior product management team in their delivery.
Support the Product Managers, whose responsibilities are:
Collect / identify / formalize business needs
Design new products or product enhancements accordingly
Coordinate product and transaction approvals
Manage from a Business standpoint IT development projects
Provide internal and external training
Support Sales and Marketers during the pre-sales process
Support the Implementation Manager in designing and implementing tailor made solutions
Monitoring and reporting on MI for product set
Effective liaison with business management in respect to product reporting
Review outputs for improvement & identify opportunities for cost and operational improvement
Keep overview and update product roadmap and delivery of same
Manage specific ad hoc product enhancements in coordination and under direction of specific Product Manager
Junior professional with a desire to take on challenging client related projects with a willingness to learn on the job. Expected qualities include, but are not limited to: team player, project management skills, positive attitude, innovative thinking, effective listening and ability to take ownership of tasks assigned and diligently follow-up.
Minimum required qualifications
College degree level education
1 plus years of financial institution or corporate treasury department, covering at least one of the following: product management related tasks, client management, trade finance or project management
Knowledge of Trade Finance & working capital solutions (client facing role, product management, implementation or processing)
Project management experience
Strong language skills – French, Spanish or Portuguese preferred
