Day-to Day Responsibilities: Maintain the existing GTS Module Assist end-users with identifying & resolving operational technical issues Drive system adoption at end user level Analyze and lead the Global Trade Mgt. Business Capability development & requirements definition Own the integrity of the Master Data required for the systems and integration to operate as expected Support all SAP implementations relating to the SAP GTS Module. Collaborate with Technology Solution Architect & 3rd Party partners to define Solutions that improve business practices via existing SAP GTS functionality in alignment with business capability gaps. Lead or Co-Lead projects pertaining to new GTS functionality insuring blueprints, specifications, training, testing, cut-over, Go-Live Support & Validation Documentation are properly planned for & executed properly. Own and implement valuation at the GTS customs invoice level. Understand the overall valuation structure in SAP. Metrics and reporting Responsibilities: Gather data and reports from GTS and other systems needed for risk monitoring Build automated tools and provide data analytics to support our monitoring program Provide data analysis and reporting (metrics) to support global program management initiatives General Responsibilities : Maintain GTS roles Manage system performance Work with CTC to implement HTS code updates, conduct SPL analysis Spend time with users training them on how to efficiently use the system (help develop super users) Trouble shooting Work with other aspects of IT (Basis, SAP S&D) to ensure GTS is being effectively utilized in other IT projects. Skills & Experience: Expertise in SAP Module design, configuration & implementation. \u00a0Minimum three (3) years\u2019 experience in configuring & implementing SAP GTS. In-depth knowledge of the Compliance, Customs\/Risk Management functions of GTS. \u00a0Basic understanding of SAP SD & MM modules a plus. Experience with software validation in FDA environment. Experience developing collaborative relationships and partnerships with the business and technology departments that drive business results. The ability to effectively build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Practical problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to prepare metrics that can report on the performance of the system. Trade Compliance experience is a plus Qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited University or College in a Technical Science. A degree in Information Technology is preferred. Minimum six (6) months experience directly working within a Life Science & Technology GTS SAP system is a plus. Knowledge of systems validations. Must have successful experience working in teams and with remote users\/groups, globally. Project management experience preferred. Analytical skills required. The Product Owner, Trade Compliance Solutions and Analytics oversees the development, validation, implementation and day-to-day performance of the SAP GTS system and metrics and reporting. These activities are performed in compliance with industry regulations, site operating procedures, quality\/safety policies and cost\/processing time standards, Technology Architecture & Change Management Standards. All activities are done in partnership and collaboration with departments associated with Global Trade, Customs & Compliance.
